This is supposed to be a DPMS carrying handle. I got it from someone on a local forum. The upper is from Del-ton. Why do they both have that keyhole looking symbol? What does it mean? Anyone else have it?

The "keyhole" is the symbol that Cerro Forge uses.
They make the raw castings and someone else finishes them.
