Need recommendations
I need recommendations on a economical complete upper my last builds were from JT kits but I want to use something different this time. I am wanting a 16" or 18" barrel it doesn't have to be chrome lined.

Try a DPMS upper, they are cheap, reliable, and accurate. Their big problem is that the barrel are not chrome lined but that should be ok for your needs.
