What do you think of this scope for a varmit gun?

I have been thinking about that scope to get for my varmit AR. I have yet to finish building my varmit ar though, so I would use this on my 16" middy for now. I was out last night and took a shot with irons and a flashlight..... I missed.....

So what do you think of this scope:

Millett 4-16x50 Tactical 30mm Riflescope

Let me know if you think there is a better option for the same or less money. I would really like an illuminated scope as I know I will be out more in the dark with it.

I have a Millet DMS and an LRS on order but I have not used the TRS line.

I have heard good things about them as long as you don't mind the 1/8 adjustments as opposed to 1/4 on most other scopes.

The new LRS will have 1/4 adjustments but they will be backordered for awhile.

Even my connection can only get a few and he knows some of the Millet guys.

I've got one of these on my RRA Varmint gun and I like it a lot. Plus it has the Nicer Price!!

SWAT 4-16X56 A.O. Range Estimating Mil-Dot Scope - ILLUMINATED RIFLESCOPES by Combathunting.com

Here it is mounted on the gun.

I have since put a Yankee Hill rail on and moved the scope about 2" forward to get better eye relief and better access to the charging handle. It's a great scope for the price as far as I am concerned.
