And more questions....

I think I've decided to add an AR15 to my stable. I pretty sure that I've narrowed it down to a Bushmaster M4A3. My question is.... is there aftermarket trigger options? How good is the factory trigger on a Bushmaster?
I have been surfing through the posts and it seems everybody has their own favorite rifle. Could I get a few opinions of people who own Bushmasters?
Thanks, Steve

Nothing wrong with the Bushmaster. Trigger is fine as it is. Shoot it for a while and figure out what you want to personalize!

The Bushy's I've had have all had horrible triggers, if you get one consider a RRA 2 stage match trigger as a add on. It really is alot better and a deal when it comes to AR trigger systems. My Armalite M15 however started about the same as a Bushmaster but now feels like a match trigger after 500 rds.

I have a Bushmaster M4gery, A3 style, 16" barrel. It is a great gun, totally reliable, quite accurate (more than I am at this point), and I don't hesitate to recommend one to anyone looking for that style of rifle. Trigger is a little heavy, with just a little creep. Triggers are cheap upgrades, so buy the rifle, and shop for a 2 stage trigger if you want one.

Where I bought mine, they had three of the same rifle. I tried each one until I found a trigger I liked, and bought that one.

Like just about any of the factory guns, the parts can always use a little bit of clean up and polishing love. Like ExSniper said.. shoot it for a while (1k at least) then start figuring out what you really want to change to fit your need.
