Felony Conviction for Malfunctioning AR

Borrowed from M4Carbine.net. Very disturbing.

CNN's Lou Dobbs has picked up the story.

I think this is something we all should follow, not only because of our status as gun owners in this country, but also due to the ramifications of having an AR malfunction.

Bush doesn't need to pardon him, someone needs to ensure this can't happen in the first place.

We do not know the evidence that have on him. He could have had some illegal parts installed in the rifle or just laying around.

Actually, I started another thread before this one. I have been following the whole thing for almost a year now. Nothing was found. Just the malfunctioning AR, that they only got to reproduce by using light primered .223 ammo (which you don't do in a firearm with a floating firing pin).

In Wisconsin? Are you kidding me? I thought things like this only happened in CA? I like Lou Dobbs now.

That is a real kick in the shorts if that was a true malfunction. The guy served our country for 16 years and discharged with honor. That just plain sucks.
