rear sight location/sighting
UPS was nice enough to leave at my doorstep A.R.M.S. #40L!!!!
What's the ideal location on the upper to mount it? Closer to my eye or closer to front sight? I have Holosight in between the sights. Also I believe I need to sight my iron sights first and then the HOLO?? Where should the the recticle be? Where I want the bullet to go? or on/touching the front sight? Sorry for noobie questions...

as far back as it will go

sight in the irons first
adjust the EO so the dot is just above the FSP, then sight in and make final adjustments
