Attaching a scope

I have an RRA Elite Car A4. I want to get a scope for some 100-200 yard target shooting. I plan on picking up a 3x9x40 scope, but not sure of the best way to mount it. About a million & one ways.

Opinions ??

Yep, like Riflemanz says, you're better off to mount your scope on a rail riser. It'll get the scope in a position to give you a little better heads-up view. Holograph sights, like an EOTech are a different matter. I like them mounted directly on the receiver rail.
