Name this part??

I have a AR15 in a 9mm. While shooting a 100 rds the other day one or two shells discharge very close to my face. Is there a shield to prevent it from flying into my cheek? I know that if your left handed a shield can be placed... throwing the casing away from your face. I'm looking for the name of this piece and where I can buy one. Any information is better then none.
