Things sounding too good to be true usually are..
Id question the quality of these parts.

A COMPLETE flat top upper? As in it includes the bbl gas tube etc?

When I said complete upper I meant not a stripped upper.

It's the upper with forward assist and trap door.

Not really your bad, no one said complete. When I hear upper I think stripped unless I hear Complete or Assembly with it. $75 for an upper with forward assist and port cover is a good deal.

ETA - Noticed you had edited it, maybe you did say complete, I don't know.
