But I would recommend the T1 because it has the larger body so you can use standard mounts (or even 1" scope mounts). Only reason I did not buy the T1 because they were not out at the time. Fenix T1 Cree Q5 Flashlight HA III OD Finish Textured Reflector - ON SALE! - FenT1ODTX |

Fenix TK10 Olive:
www.FenixStore.com I have the light but lack the AR I highly recommend it as an all around performer. I've had it since father's day and have absolutely loved it. Once you find a light that is getting good reviews on the boom-stick forums, jump over to CandlePowerForums to have the tech specs examined by the pros. Gun forums will tell you what fits and how tacticool they are but CPF will tell you how well it will perform. ETA: Skip the T1 and spend the extra $15 for the TK10... better design / feel

That is the beauty of the Fenix, it has a lot of logic in it, which most lights don't have. With the Fenix you can go lumens of 12, 50, 110, or 215. Or even 215 with strobe! And it has battery life that is 5 times longer than others. To top it all off it is water proof, light, comes with a case, comes with extra o-rings and a lanyard. If surefires are $300, these things should be $1000. But lucky for us they are only $80. Be forewarned, the fashion queens will still bash you for owning one |

I wonder if i could get a different tail cap for a fenix so it would worrk with a pressure switch? sounds like it might be out of the question tho (hard, then soft press would be hard to replicate unless thats ONLY for the strobe function)

What do you guys think about this? WEAPON LIGHT FOR RAILED AR-15 SYSTEMS For the price, it seems like a pretty good deal, especially since you can upgrade to the 120 lumens lamp.
Also, does anyone make an LED conversion lamp for these surefire lights? If Im not mistaken, I believe that this is the same lamp/body assembly as the surefire light fore grip on my 870. 20 minutes at 120 lumens is cool, because it is so damned bright and the beam quality is great, but I would like to make it last a whole lot longer. EDIT:HAHA! I forgot the link...
