i'm plenty familiar with AR15.com, i've got both Pmags and CP USGI mags, i've had the CP mags alot longer and they get abused more than the Pmag (cause i've had the CP's longer) i've never had a failure out of either one

i know the Pmags are the new "in thing" but $9.99 CP mags with magpul followers is pretty hard to beat IMO

I agree, I wasn't trying to say anything other than Pmags are "tougher" than a comprable aluminum USGI mag. Personally, I've been buying PMags lately because I am really tough on most of my stuff, and I'd rather not worry if my AR mags are underneath all of my hunting gear, or if they are in the bed of the truck, etc...

There is a link to one of the threads I was referring to earlier, I got the wrong BB. Pretty good durability test on the second page.

PS - In no way am I associated or work for 44mag.com. I've only been a customer in the past.

I ordered 4 mags from them they sent me 2.. unassmbled had to put the springs in myself, then they sent 2x 30rd mags that only held.. 10.. and then 2 short 10 mags? in other words i didn't get my 4x 30 round mags I ordered I guess they ran out of stock and didn't bother to ask me about an alternative.

That's weird. Like XD-Shawn said, call them. I've never had problems with them.

Hey Spud, When did you order those?? Just curious because I ordered 11 of the orange follower mags on Wed. and they came today. All are assembled and the 5 I've messed with so far all hold 30..

Hope they straighten it out for you..
