Rear sight problem

OK, I saw in one of the threads here a fix for this, but I cannot seem to find it now.

I recently picked up an RRA Dominator 2. When I was at the range sighting it in, I noticed (while making an adjustment) that the piece that houses the apertures has come loose. It seems to want to pull to the left. When I flip to the smaller aperture I notice a hole with what appears to be an allen screw.

Is this where I should attempt to tighten it up, and re-align?

I'm a bit disappointed that I dropped the $$ on this mount and it came loose on my first outing with it, but if I can get it fixed no big deal.

Well upon further inspection it is not infact an allen screw, looks to be a star wrench (which of course I don't have).
