Kinda reversed the banking stuff with this SO.. we have a joint account just for bills and a joint savings account we put an agreed upon amount in each payday. other than those, she pays her bills and I pay mine.. hence we buy what we want without needing to seek permission or have any issues come up..

Though she does laugh at me a lot when I say I'm broke because I bought someone's EOTech

LMAO... You know we built the dog house last summer and she wanted to help. I didnt think much of it other than WOW, she wants to hunt with me, loves to shoot with me and now wants to help build something with me. Well, now i may be seeing the light to her overzelous need to help me with that project...lol

If you all remember, I had a bad month in october. Her clutch went out, her engine blew up, and something else happend that I dont quite remember at the moment. I spent $3000.00 fixing her car and that depleated my gun funds. I sold my motorcycle to help fund my last build, the long range .308 Remmy. Im just glad I can afford a barrel...lol. She was looking online saturday night at AR parts and asking me questions. Man, I might have one badass Christmas!

We went to the range saturday and sighted in her new slub barrel in her 20 ga. 870. I got it dialed in and then handed things over to her. She couldnt shoot the darned thing off the bench and wanted to stand up because the recoil was killing her. I showed her how to steady it against a "tree" but she was using the shelter support post. She drilled a Remington copper solid right through the bull. We went to the 100 yard range and she got behind it at the bench and proceeded to put the first round right through a 2"x2" bull. She looked up and smiled and said, "Im pretty confident with this gun." That just warmed my heart!

Before bow season I built a stand in a tree across from a pipline where we hunt. I sat in it one morning during bow season and had 7 deer pass within 70 yards of me within 1/2 hour. 5 of those were within 50 yards. I abondoned that stand for the rest of the season so as not to get the deer stired up. THATS where Im putting her on opening morning (next monday). I will be about 1/4 mile away from her on the next hillside and she said if she shoots one, I should easily hear her screaming from my stand...lol
