I'd have a silenced Mark 2 if they were legal in my state. I have to settle for Class 3 and SBR/SBS in MO.

Tactical Solutions seems to be working on some sweet setups for the Ruger rimfires.

The 300 wisper is a nice round for suppressed, I've used them out of AR's and they are pretty quiet, use them out of a single shot and all you hear is the hammer drop.

I've shot lots of AR15's in .233 with them and they make them more like 22's with regular ammo. If you have the right setup, you won't lose accuracy, thin barrels tend to vibrate too much, short and heavy is better.

If you can get afford it, they are worth it. I prefer quiet to autos myself.

We shoot a semi-auto Barret .50 CQB with a suppressor and it just sounds like someone hitting the air hose when it fires. That is the most fun one I get to shoot. You can really hear it hit the targets.

id love to have a suppressor but i cant see spending the extra $200 that i will never get back out of it. its bad enough that i will take some sort of loss on the suppressor its self let alone making it more complicated by only being able to sell it to someone that has purchased a tax stamp and lose my tax stamp money.

my buddy is a suppressor freak. he got something like 5 or 6 of them for various set ups, he currently waiting on one for his 9mm glocks he has already set both of them up with the threaded barrel so as soon as he gets his stamps all he has to do is go down and pick it up.

so any time i wanna shoot suppressed i just need to ask him to go shoot.

who knew CPAs made so much.

Id like to get one for my 22LR. I think it would be nice to shoot the varmints and not worry about the neighbors.

Its funny I was just talking about how I need to get one with my wife this afternoon - now I stumble upon this thread..... It must be fate!

You know, this crap happens with in-breeding. You can only hope the unfortunate, screwed up love child would take themselves out of the gene pool when they discover electrical outlets and butter knives or start huffing paint when they're 7 or 8 but every once in a while a truly magnificent specimen makes it to adulthood to display for the world just how freaking stupid they really are.

Can't own any Class 3 in Iowa unfortunately. I would sure like to have a suppressed MK2 though.
