If you live in California... First of all I'm sorry. But I found a shop in orange county that sells AR15's that are off list. They have a bunch of uppers and lowers and other stuff for builds. Just thought i'd pass it along for
those of you behind the iron curtain.

yeah, but you have to be extra careful with CA rules.
Upper and lower separates still have to follow CA regulations regarding magazine limits, pistol grips, collapsible stocks, flash hider, bayonet lugs and such.
