Ban State AR's

First I want to say this is NOT for sale.........with that out of the way

For those of you in states that still have a ban, what kind of price would this go for ?
I picked this up at a small show yesterday.

A1 upper, no markings, I have 2 others that have Colt proof marks but this doesn't. 16" unmarked barrel, sight tower has A1 sight, base is marked
S (A1) 4 the a1 marking is in a circle, A1 flash hider.

During the preban days PWA sold kits without barrels and I'm guessing that is what this is.
Bolt carries is M16 style with SE in some kind of emblem, from what I gather it is Smith Engineering or Enterprizes ???

Upper has the hard black "paint" or whatever it is that is common on the surplus upper receivers.
Lower is an A1 full fence PWA forged receiver

the condition its in looking at those picks i would give you around $400 as it would cost at least another 200 to refinish it and make it look a little more presentable. but thats here in oklahoma where they are plentiful

i just Traded off my Second CMMG off at the big tulsa gun show for a nice SA EMP plus $300 cash going their way, the way i see it that puts this sweet little micro 9 in my pocket for just under $800 sold the first for around $150 more than i paid for it.

i guess for the same reason you would inject your EoTech AimPoint propaganda in to a thread about two specific optics that neither of them where AP or ET and you have obviously never used

no need to an ASShat, for a weapon that i would never have any intention of selling (which i can honestly say i only have one of those) i wouldn't for anything else im not going to pay top dollar for anything i would have to put money in to when i resold it to get a fair price. so i stand with my $400 and if i chose not to refinsish it i could still re sell it for what i paid.

pre ban was pretty much good during the ban now that its over i don't see that it matters much as everything that is out now will be considered preban when the next ban comes around

As for value.. dunno anything about the manufacturer, but in places where the "Ban" is still applicable, maybe $700 or so? That would assume that they could even accept the transfer.
