They had their chance a few years ago.
I am no longer willing to put up with their high prices and poor customer support.

The fact they did indeed, thumb their noses at the civilian market makes it even easier.
I wanted a 416 when I first heard about them, now I have a XCR

I will buy one of each as soon as I can afford it. One thing HK does is make very reliable rifles.

The Gas piston system they are using. The HK416 is working very well over seas from what I hear and needs a lot less cleaning than a conventional M4.
