There was just a thread on this somewhere, but I cannot find it.

I owned one and it functioned great, but seemed somewhat cheap. I had the PCR-99 model. It was ok.

never owned one, but back in the day these things were cheap and in abundance. every olympic owner I met and talked to were happy with them. I hear a lot of smack about them on the internet, but I have not seen or heard of any problems in real life.

Well, they're not the best. That being said, I have been entertaining the thought of one of their 9mm uppers.

Oh yes, presenting... "the chart".

Sorry, I did not know we had an English teacher looking over our typing. I like the chart, But my oly has double shield handguard, m4 feed ramp and staked gas key unless it was swaped out at one time . Who knows.

Used from the original owner from what he said but then again he could have got it used. Him self but i am happy with it. just as good as the dpms i got new.

I'm not bashing anyones choices, but there seems to be an awful lot of negativity toward Oly.

These are real M4 feedramps

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!! MY EYES! The Chart has surfaced AGAIN!

Why go Oly when you can get one from CMMG that has been checked over, may be dinged or have color shade differences.. all for about $550?

Honestly, for the plinker why not Oly? Then again, if you're going to take the weapon and it's use seriously, drill it alot, ect.. Pass on the Oly, save a little while longer and go with a more reputable manufacturer. No first hand experience though, so take that opinion for what it's worth.
