lower receiver question
how much does the striped lower receiver affect the accuracy or quality of the gun

If it's not a tight fit to the upper it might... But if you buy quality parts you wont have an issue.

ok thats what i thought i had skimped on my lower so i could spend more money on my upper and just wanted to make sure it was the right choice
i got a supior arms lower with a dpms parts kit a hough grip and a tapco stock. for the upper i got a CMMG |

You should be fine.. you will be able to tell if there is a fit issue if the upper and lower have play (you can wiggle them) once they are mated. that is the only time you realistically (mechanically that is) have a potential accuracy issue.

the fit between the upper and lower would have to be SLOPPY loose for an accuracy issue to happen. A wiggle is of no concern.

wll $5 for makeing me think my gun is better doesnt sound like a bad idea but i dont know that much about ar's so im just trying to get a grasp on the subject but i dont think my gun has enough slop to cause a problem
