Down the road I will remove the handle and get some nice optics, rail handguards, forend grip. For Now I am going to break in this new barrel and burn some ammo this spring. Iv'e wanted to build one ever since I got out of the service 1996. I had the stripped lower reciever for over a year. Everything is pretty much dpms except for the carry handle. The barrel is a 1x7 twist Chrome lined 16". Hey SoFlo, you wont believe this but I live in Wellington Ohio. Maybe we can send each other a t-shirt. Is your mascot the Dukes?
