sure on a plinker it may be fine but,
how long will it hold up under hard use ?

UTG=Leapers.....not all of thier stuf is for Airsoft......

But not even a double digit percent of Leapers stuff holds up to anything resembling heavy use... might survive plinking or intermittent range use, but you get what you pay for

I'll let you know how my UTG sight holds up. I will say that it is solid, and that it has exceeded my expectations as far as its quality is concerned. I am well aware of the 'you get what you pay for' argument. But there are products out that that offer 'good bang for the buck,' too.

This rear site is the last in my list of priorities in things i wanna get so i suppose depending on how good of pricing i get from legal transfers will determine if i've got $40 or $90 to spend on a sight and still be within my budget.

Talk to Pete, he might be able to hook you up with a Take-Off ARMS #40 from one of the STAG uppers he sells. OR hell even go with the STAG options from him. The upper I got from him (close to $480 shipped or some such) came with a #40, which just made me happy cause then I didn't have to buy another Troy. Seriously just have a talk with Pete, I'm sure he will either hook you up for a real good price or be able to make some sense out of this stuff for you.

I just bought a Stag Upper from Pete and they come with a MI rear sight now because STAG is having difficulty getting the ARMS #40. It seems like a decent sight but I don;t have any experience with an ARMS.

That is a kickin' upper, love mine and the MI site is an upgrade from the ARMS
