Do some more research and define what you are going to use it for. You will get 100 different answers on any forum.

But be warned the black rifle syndrome is like the XD syndrome you can't just have one.
I disagree, I would rather want a 1:9 twist for an M-4 sized carbine. 1:7 is more suitable for varmit guns shooting heavier loads.

The 6921 version is also very popular with the special forces teams.

Might be, remember in addition to spent cases be ejected across your face with and AR-15 you also have propellant gases being vented out of the bolt. Although not to likely to cause problems there is potential. If you use a lefty upper you reduce those potential problems.

I paid a whoppin 25 dollars more for my fully left AR-15. Its completely worth it. For the record I opt out for the ambi safety, you just dont need it, but I think you can get it for 25 bucks. The only thing that matters is gas and shells flying at your face.

I built a lefty stag and put in a RRA 2 stage trigger.

I love it. Easy and fun to build from parts, and not too pricey. Well, the trigger was an additional $90 but worth it.

Oh, and the ambi selector - I like mine. $25.
