Anyone have a LOKI besides me???

I was reading up on AR's before the issue in Connecticut. I had been looking for a 3Gun style AR as I wanted a more accurate AR for Fox and other varmints.

During my readings I found a rifle by Loki, it was a billet rifle and comparable to JP's with a .65moa. I was going to wait and had found about 10 of them but seamed to have an issue with the manufacture not answering calls. I found a dealer in Arizona and said they were going out of business due to legal or government issues. It was not clear but was not due to performance. Since everything went array in mid December and all of the gun shops here in VA. were being bought out over night, I placed my order and finalized my sale.

I got my AR the first of the year and VERY happy I made the move. 3 hits in a 1" circle target spot at 50 yards this weekend. Smooth and not one hiccup. this was the 5th time I shot it but the first with a 3x9 40mm scope.

Post some pictures and results of your Loki if your out there. they have been in 3 gun competition for a few years so there has to be some of you out there.

thanks and enjoy the pictures...

Was planning on getting some parts from them, but never could get the website to work. Must have been in the middle of the breakdown.

Thanks for the quick responses. They took there website down around Chrismas but I was able to download all of the information on parts and types of manufacturing they used. I'll be posting detailed list of the product's as I know from what I got. there are some pretty good finishes and coatings they used on the barrel and bolt carrier.

I'll be checking this post for some Ol Loki's out there...

you all need to be reading other forums.
UNLESS you are buying a used LOKI from another sportsman - DO NOT get involved with LOKI as the manufacturer has gone belly up - taking MANY people's money with them.
There are numerous posts by people who got burned with the prepayment requirement - only to find they got no response to email, calls, letters etc.
Check AR15.com, M4Carbine.com and Brian Enos' website doing a search for LOKI

They may have produced a quality rifle - but those days have long gone.

BUYER BEWARE

I have heard that about some people not getting refunded or losing deposits. i am sorry for the buyers that it happened too. It wasn't me so I am glad that I got mine without bad results. It doesn't mean I can talk about my AR. If you had an issue with a Chrysler or Dodge does that mean nobody should talk about them? The GOVERNMENT helped them get back on there feet, not pull them out from under them.

Thanks for your opinion and there are reason's they didn't return call, the government shut them down. Hopefully someone will buy back there rights and start producing them again and possible make it right for those who did fall victim to a company getting shut down. It doesn't mean they did it as a get your money and run, they must have had a lot of money involved to make that product.

no one said anything about not talking about that rifle brand
car comparisons are not pertinent
Caveat Emptor still applies
