Ok but I didn't know what "Caveat Emptor" meant so I Google'ed it.
Noun-The principle that the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of goods before a purchase is made.

That is true and as i bought mine from an independent dealer I had to take the risk of no warranty. Due to the parts being basically "any after market will fit" type of a gun, I decided to buy it. They used a lot of good parts which makes it a good rifle. And Yes, I was leery and read those forums after making the payment and had a few sleepless nights. All in all it worked out for me and I do hope they get some compensation in the end. That is another reason I am very leery of how's on the other end of the computer screen. There are scams all over but that is also a seperate topic.

As I was trying to find out, who has Loki's out there? Not selling them, just trying to find out the end users opinions and quality of there's.

UNLESS you are buying a used LOKI from another sportsman - DO NOT get involved with LOKI as the manufacturer has gone belly up - taking MANY people's money with them.
There are numerous posts by people who got burned with the prepayment requirement - only to find they got no response to email, calls, letters etc.
Check AR15.com, M4Carbine.com and Brian Enos' website doing a search for LOKI

They may have produced a quality rifle - but those days have long gone.
