Good products, great prices - this may be the root cause of their problem. The amount of business that PSA has been doing has likely outpaced their ability to keep up. DelTon had the same problem. Sell decent parts really cheap and throw in the occasional ridiculous sale and you get swamped with demand. I'd be willing to bet they don't have adequate staff and infrastructure to keep up. Probably a victim of their own success and growth.

I've gotten some great deals on ammo and accessories in the past... especially with their free shipping.... usually quick delivery;

BUT, if I have called or e-mailed with a question or trying to follow up on a shipment, the response has been nothing but silence.

I'll continue to do small orders with them, but any of my more significant purchases will need to go other places.

Aimpoint over nighted the parts to me!!!!! And waiting for me at home till I get off work. Now that is customer service! They have a customer for life now. They blew me away with overnight shipping.

How about a complete product? What good is a rifle kit if you are missing springs and parts? No bcg? No problem! Cause it was cheap???

Maybe you should have gone with another vendor and paid a little more? BCM sells Aimpoint PROs for $400 every day. Never heard anyone complain about anything from them. but you would be paying the shipping so yeah, not as cheap.

Any question in life involving a business can pretty much be answered using that formula.

You would think they could/would contact the shipper to file a claim. Surely, the package was insured for the full value, and maybe a little more just in case to cover someone's time to be tied up with the shipper.

It may not have been psa's fault.

But that's no reason for the cold shoulder.

I went to a different FFL holder who works with my wife. He's texting his license and PSA sent out my lower. When it arrived at the second FFL holders address, it had the first FFL holders name on it. The second guy's son refused the shipment saying he didn't know the guy whose nam was on it and since it didn't have his dads name on it. Luckily I called the post office and was able to pick it up from the post office since it also had my name on the outside of the package. Now that I'm ready to buy my upper I'm going with rock river instead of PSA.
Aren't you supposed to get a regulated lower directly from the FFL? That doesn't sound legal to me.
