3 point sling for a righty-lefty?
Hello everyone ,I'am interrested in a 3 point sling for my CAR
The thing is I'am left handed and shoot a right handed rifle.
I looks like if I rig a 3 point up left handed to a right handed rifle the
sling would get in the way of the ejection port.
any options out there or other ways to sling up...
Thanks Eno

There are slings out there that can transition from 1 point to 2 point (which what a 3 point pretty much is) like the Magpul MS3. 1 point is more agile than 2 point when shooting but not as comfortable as 2 point when carrying.

I don't understand the fascination with 3 points.
I see no manner to make this work without a left ejecting ar.
that said if you get a qd attachment at the rear of your rail and the rear of the reciever your going to be in similar tension points to an 3 point.....

I had a spec ops brand 3 point that gave me no issues. The staple sat just below the ejection port cover. Was loose enough to not get caught up. Used it on a 15 month deployment and I shoot lefty. Not bad sling at all. I like that I could sling it on my back or have it at low ready.
Yocan has made a good suggestion though. I plan something along those lines for my acr. It has a few qd points.
The sling I mentioned isn't for everyone but worth a look. They make some nice slings for the money.

Used that same sling on my deployment. Had plenty of problems with it. Bought the MagPul sling problems solved. To be fair these aren't problems normally people would have, but that sling was always snagging on all my MOLLE gear on my body armor. I grew to hate that sling. It might be slightly different cause on that tour I had a M16 not M4.
The MagPul sling had problems but different ones. I had the MS2 and it wore really fast. What ever fabric they made it out of would get caught on stuff and fibers would get cut. Also the Alligator clip to take it from 1 point to 2 point was cumbersome and annoying. Anything bad I could say about the MS2 has been corrected with the MS3.
