Good Ar 15 Upper?

I am needing a good quality ar upper. I Only want to spen between 500$ and 600$ maybe a little bit more but not much. Has to be crome lined with m4 feed ramps. 1 in 7 or 1 in 9 or 1 in 8 im not sure on that? flat top upper with gas block and quad rail if possible? it would be ok if it did no have bcg and charging handle. I plan to buy bcmbolt. At this time i am thinking about Windham weaponry src 1 in 9 crome lines m4 feed ramps?

Check out BCM's uppers. They have some good uppers with m4 ramps. I think I Picked up my BCM BFH 16" rifle length gas system upper, BCG, charging handle and MAGPUL BAD Lever for about $750. So without bad lever, BCG and charging handle, should be good to go. Only thing you will need is the handguards.

PSA 16'' M4 CMV MP Stripped Upper - without BCG or charging handle

For the money you save I am sure you can grab a quad rail and your BCG and Charge handle and still be in yoru price range.

Definitely check out PSA if for nothing else to do a good side by side comparison.

Bravo's good. PSA's good. You might also look at Del-ton.

Back-orders and out-of-stock seem to be the order of the day right now.
