They're even more fun with a silencer. 
If you build it right and port the barrel and make an integral silencer like the old WW2 Delisle or later like the MP5-SD, with 147 gr ammo, it's about as loud as a paintball gun

Depends on what you want to do with it.
I got the 9mm so I could shoot steel up close.
I got the 5.45 and .22LR so I could shoot very cheaply.
I got the .450 bushmaster so I could put huge holes in things.

I've got 5.56 & 6.8 uppers, next is going to be a 7.62x40 since I can't convince a certain someone to make me a barrel in 7mm ARK.

Well I went and dunn it. I ordered a DSA ZM4 A3 300BLK w/ a SS Barrel. A BCM Bolt Carrier Group (MPI) - Auto, and a Standard AR Charging Handle with Ambidextrous Latch. Only problem is if I don't get one shipped from the current batch thats starts shipping tomorrow, it will be 10 weeks before the next batch of 200 is done.
Missed the cutofff 10 week wait now....
The research I did on the .410 proved a significant number of problems feeding and I think I'll wait for them to get it right before I jump into that.

I'm going with the 458 for my next upper. Ballistics similar to a 45/70and nothing else to change but the upper, sounds like a good brush gun with some bad medicine for whitetails.
