I know that I'm late to the party but I thought maybe some members would like to know that I placed my order for 3 PMAGS on Tuesday morning. I received an order confirmation within an hour. The shipping confirmation came later that day. I received them today (Saturday) Not bad coming from southern California to northern Minnesota. $35.95 total with free shipping. If I wasn't trying to build my ammo stash for the Zombie Apocalypse I would order several more today.

Three orders without issues from them. They stock a Compass that is fifty bucks elsewhere for 35 with free shipping. Also closeouts on some clothing items is really decent deal.

I have ordered some Pmags from them in the past and they arrived in 3 days and I am on the other side of the country from California (which is where they are I guess from the return address). Overall great customer service although I never contacted them they did fulfill the order a few hours after I paid it and it was in transit that night.

i got all my confirmations quick but cs is lacking i emailed and emailed nothing throw it out there on the fb page and i get a quick response or it gets deleted lol just becareful prices are good but cs needs to be taken up a notch

I ordered a tactical light package with a grip-pod. Received the light and an attachment kit to the grip-pod, but no grip-pod! emailed days ago, still no response! Orders from them before this have been great.

I've ordered several times from them with no issues. The last order I placed included a MOE carbine OD Green handguard and 11-slot magpul rail for it, and those items are backordered. The mags and AFG2 I also ordered from them shipped immediately. From what I can tell, the OD Green MOE handguards are backordered just about everywhere. Not going to fault Botach for that. I'll wait patiently until they come back into stock, got a great deal on it so it's worth the wait.

Botach sucks!
Good luck! I ordered mags, and it took 3 months to arrive. And when it did, half were the wrong brand. They said I had to sent the wrong ones back before they send me the correct ones. They also have price match and I requested it on an ACOG, but never responded. Terrible customer service!!

Ordered with no trouble, prices good and they dont charge shipping or tax thats why they use the failing USPS. Takes about 5 days to get from Ca. to Pa.
