Can someone help ID an AR

I ran across this photo while looking for ideas for my upper:

That's taken from the Spikes' forum over at ARFCOM. I've been looking at Spike's website for and every upper they have has a FSP, and I want to run flip ups. Can anyone ID the rail length? I'd ask directly over at ARFCOM, but they still haven't approved my registration request and it's been almost a week. Thanks.

Spikes Tactical
Yeah I know. I guess I should have worded my question differently. I'm in the market for an upper. Is that just a 16" barrel with a 12" BAR rail?. If so, I wish I could order it as a package from Spike's, rather than piecing it all together.

Yes, it looks like a 16" barrel with 12" rail. Just get the spikes lower and get an upper from BCM. They sell the complete uppers with the 12" rail.
