Yeah, I have to say its not limited to Colt. Colt, Wilson, Browning and my personal favorite H&K snobs. H&K snobs make me want to cut their face off the front of their skull and throw it like a floppy bloody frisbee. In their day I agree H&K was one of the pinnacle of weapons technology companies. That day is no longer. Im not saying their weapons are not excellent to this day, but they have had their share of s**t boxes. I don't even need to list some of the new companies that produce weapons that are just as good or better. Its the f**king H&K mentality/attitude that sets me off !! Thank you for letting me vent

This is actually a supportable comment. I have both consoles and love them both for different reasons. But Ultimately I have to give it to the PS3(blu-ray player and free online gaming)

i've never owned a colt AR so i cant tell you if they are really that great. but to say that they cant do wrong is a little annoying.

I have a complete Colt Vietnam era AR15 - A1 other than the lower and a Colt Rail Gun. Their the best of the best and whatever you have is just garbage in comparison.........

I really do have the above but I'm no Colt fanatic. Their nice weapons but I have less expensive versions that work just as well. Some people think if its the original brand everything else is just a forgery or poor copy. Ever hear the term "M4gery", its because its not a Colt. Its funny because Armalite is actually the original maker of the AR15.

BTW here is my "better than you" Colts...

Thanks for the compliment and realizing my superiority.

I plan on getting a proper made and colored A1 type lower in the future but the one I have will do for now.

I really don't even venture much into the AR sub-forum except for research or the once in awhile super tough problem I can't figure out. Way too much mine is better than your's mentality because it's X brand, or Y brand, with such and such feature/upgrade/add-on.

I feel that all I got here when I announced what I had bought in an AR (see, I'm not even going to go beyond that...) you shoulda got this, oh that's crap, they don't know how to make an AR...you name it.

I pretty much wrote off associating with the AR community on a social regular basis.
