Cobb Manufacturing did several years ago. But they weren't a typical AR15 magwell/reciever either. 30-06 is waaayy too long for a standard AR15 receiver. Did being the keyword since they sold out to Bushmaster/Cerberus

$115 + shipping and FFL/transfer. I talked to the guy and since he was selling 20 lowers altogether, he decided to just sell me one instead of waiting until the end of the auction. All together, it's $10-20 more than I wanted to pay, but the only Mega dealer I found in GA is about 2 hour drive one way.

Was that for the forged unit or the billet lower? If it's not the billet that seems really high. Spike's is still selling their lowers for a great price. Mine was $101 shipped. Just got it yesterday and assembled my lower last night, stuff is sweet. I'd suggest that if you aren't totally locked into the other lower, just seems odd to pay $20 more for that Gator grip on the front of the magwell. Just my $.02

It's a forged unit. I looked through the stripped lower thread on ar15.com and MMS seem to have to best finishing and coating and they'll accept a drop in auto sear and I think the atom logo is cool, lol. They do a have a billet one and I found that for $175, but that's too much and I don't see why go billet.
There was someone in my state selling them for $100 on gun broker, but once you factor in taxes and transfer, it's was closer to $130, then I had to drive over 2 hours one way to get it (about $25-$30 in gas in total round trip).

If you're happy with the roll mark that's cool, I was just trying to let you know so you didn't get gouged. The DIAS is useless to me, I'll never need it. I suppose if you're going for your Form 4 that's something to take into consideration, since I live in NY I can't apply for a C&R ability.
