Yeah Ive seen it. It gives you a good idea of everything you need to get to put one together, but they definitely don't have every available option to choose from. Brownells has like 10 times more options than what they show on the AR15builder site.

It's ok to play around on. It's to bad there aren't more manufacture's to choose from. Not only that but, by the time you're done building one, it's probably cheaper just to go out and buy one you want anyway.

If you can find one set up exactly the way you want i agree.
Im just starting my first build! Got my spikes lower and think im going BCM upper. When $$ allows it that is.

BCM uppers are supposed to be high quality. I know the BCG I got from them is top notch. I wish I'd gotten their barrel too.
