Initial impressions are that it is light-weight and feels pretty small in my hands, especially compared to the four-rail tube it will be replacing. Hopefully I'll get the chance to put it on the upper this weekend so i can see how the install goes, and how solid the clamping mechanism is.

Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas and oil, as well as current market conditions, the Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off.

Jay, define "shortly." I would be more than happy to send you my money for one instead of dropping $300 on a Daniel Defense one.

Jay,
Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the tip on the 7". Keep us updated on your new and upcoming products. hearing of something second (or third) hand is one thing, but it is always good to get the story from the horses mouth.

I'm hoping that we'll start selling these this month. It looks to be on track, but I've learned never to assume anything...

If you think about it, can you post a picture of how it mounts.

Thanks!

Said nothing of the sort........rsb5772 asked how they mounted. I posted a link to a thread on M4C and posted the pics from the thread.

It has its own barrel nut, the rail is cut for it and it clamps on it.
