If you rent their ammo only.
But I may have had a few reloads loaded in my mags
Do they by any chance sell reloading supplies there? If so, you should ride their ass about it.

I hear you. I'd say something like, "Why the hell are you selling reloading supplies when you won't let us shoot reloads here?"

I can't shoot steel or aluminum at a range called Pop Guns http://www.popguns.com/ near me. This irritates me as I pay THEM to use their range..but I do realize that this is fairly common practice.
That is their only restriction. This place is REALLY nice...good selection, reasonable prices, and a nice clean range with lots of sound absorbing material and good ventilation, ac/heat, etc.
The only problem is that the staff is a bunch of condescending pricks. They are mostly, if not all wanna be LEO types. I kid you not when I say that EVERY time a LEO comes in they will literally walk away mid conversation/helping you and ALL jump on the officers jock. It is insane. I have not witnessed anything like this EVER in a retail situation. I once waited for 5 solid minutes...no exagerration while 3 employees were "helping" one LEO and I was waiting to check out having finished shooting.

The other range I go to is called Don's Guns http://www.donsguns.com/. They don't care if you pour rocks down the barrel of your pistol and shoot it.....however they did freak on me last week for bringing my own targets in.

I thought the guy was kidding when he said that "I would get him fired" by using my own targets. I laughed at him and then realized he was serious. He then said "the next thing you know, someones going to want to tape their business card up and want to shoot it". I said...umm..ok. If you guys want my business then I'll pay range times and shoot my own targets or I can leave and shoot elsewhere. They agreed to let me use my own targets.

P.S. I have never had ONE FT Anything with WWB. I would write a couple paragraph letter to Winchester explaining what they said and let them write you back and give it to that choad.

I never shoot at ranges, To much BS to put up with and it is really not as fun. I be damn if I would let someone else clear any malfunction of mine, tens of thousends of rounds that I have fire through my guns should give me enough experience to know what I am doing and what kind of ammo does what.

Why am I not surprised?
I stand behind my previous statement. The staff couldnt possibly be less helpful. I almost had to choke one of the guys into selling me two pistols.
I take it you moved from Indy to Philly Poortrader, or are you just down with the POPS posse?

I lived in Bloomington for 3 years, but not for school. I don't really like anybody, but Pops was always much cleaner and nicer than Don's Guns. I think that Don's is a ripe off. I would assume that most of Don's customers did not have internet since his prices were the cheapest in town.

I once saw a XD-9 for around $650 (almost $700) at Don's.

I don't take side when It comes to buying nor shooting. I like the cheapest and nicest facilities. If I don't like their rules, I'll find somewhere else to do my business.

Have you ever been to Albro's? They have pretty good prices.

Was just in Indy this past weekend. I was in Pops, but I didn't shoot.
