I am a semi-regular customer of theirs. Never any problems. they carry BVAC reloaded ammo and I have had good luck with that in my .40's.

Would recommend them as a good online seller.

A group went in together and put an order in which totaled $1300. Shipment delayed. Once order received (was packed well) there was an error. Multiple calls and emails unanswered. To say poor customer service would be a gross understatement. I would rather have poor customer service than "no" customer service. Unbelievable. Spend your money elsewhere.

Just an FYI for you in case you did not know... but SURPLUSAMMO attends the W.A.C. show held at the Puyallup Fairgrounds once per month and have literally pallets of new bullets at extreme discounts. For me and my 9mm, the Federal they had for $189 for 1000 was a heck of a deal.

The first time I ever ordered Ammo on-line was through them. My experience left much to be desired. I ordered 2 box's of 50 rounds of Remington 124/ GS +p Bonded. Waited a week to get my order. Never came, never got any kind of shipping notice.

Called them to inquire about it. They went to check up on it, and found my shipping box with a label on it, empty. Come to find out that they were out of stock of that item. And waiting for the back order to come in before shipping. Sorry, better luck next time. Me...PISSED!

But I didn't unload on the young lady on the phone. So then she offered to ship me 4 boxes of 25, of the non-bonded type. It was more expensive in the 25 rd. count. That is not what I wanted, but she would give it to me for the same price as the 2 50 rd. boxes. I needed it, so I excepted it. It showed up about 3 days later.

Moral of the story???? Call them first to make sure that what is listed on site is actually what they have in stock.
