Mastercast of Illinois ripped me off

I would never do business with Mike at Mastercast in Illinois again. I ordered and he wrote that the bullets would be shipped at the beginning of the next week. 16 days later, I wrote and asked if they had been shipped. No response. When I wrote and told him to cancel the order, he wrote a nasty email, claimed he had planned to send them soon and told me to kiss his ass. He said he would refund my money when he got around to it. Then I waited four days and he did not refund. I told him I would file a dispute. I filed a dispute and he only refunded $55. of the $75, even though he never shipped anything. He is just trying to steal $20. He also sent an email calling me a liar and telling me he didn’t give “a rats ass.” Mike is a name-calling, abusive person who does not do what he says he will do and then insults you about it. If anybody wants, I will be happy to post his emails.

Hmmm oddly enough they have two locations, two seperate websites.

Looks like two different companies to me. Notice on is .net and the other is .com.

I had ordered from the vendor below 4 times before and had always received my order on time with no hassles. I stopped order from him because I started to cast my own. Good think I stopped order from him.

I wish people had more then 3 posts to post information like this. We'll probably never see him again on the forum or contribute anything of value.

I had an outstanding order with mastercast bullets (Illinois) but it arrived today. Email conversations with Mike indicated that a run of bad weather set him dramatically behind on his orders.

Closing this one. Seems the OP has joined several gun forums today to only spread his word. I suggest anyone desiring business with Mastercraft contact them directly.
