Question about used brass storage

Even though I don't reload (yet), I have been picking up my spent .45 brass. I already have a couple hundred rounds in a plastic bag. The question is, will it corrode or get damaged if I store it uncleaned?

Thanks

As long as the brass is dry, there shouldn't be a problem. Keeping fresh, damp air off it is a bonus.

I've never had any issues storing it uncleaned. I store mine in 3gallon cat litter containers with a small bag of silica gel in there to pull out any moister.
