I was in the local Bass Pro on Fathers Day. They were on sale for $9.99 a box, although I didn't buy any because I wasn't sure what it was.
edit: it was 9mm that was $9.99, I am not sure what .40 was.

I did some function testing with these rounds and a few soaking wet phone books.....not good at all. I shot the rounds through 4 phone books (thick ones) and they penetrated all 4 with no sign of expansion at all!!
The same test was done to Winchester ranger, hyrda shoks, and gold dots and they all opened. Il be leaving the black bullets in the safe

I was tempted to try them once in my .45, but they were kind of pricey. I'll stick with Blazer and Magtech for now.

Shot (traning version) today at match twentyfive yards, twelve on target two points down, other side twelve on one down.

I shot these through two layers of drywall and they opened right up. Perfect even expansion, as a matter of fact. This is what I keep loaded in my XD40 on the nightstand.
