my AR is 1:9 twist, i was under the impression that 55gr would be the best for 1:9 twist. 5.56 just means its firing at a higher case pressure, you can find 5.56 prvi in 62gr

Cabela's had ultramax .223 (55 gr fmj) in 250 round ammo cans for $74.95! on sale (30 cents/rd)- regular price is still under $100. It shot great and I had 250 LC mil cases to reload

If legal in you area, go online-there are many sites that offer great deals. And with the huge price increases in ammo it really helps!!
