Target shooting load?
What is a good .40 load to practice with? FMJ or JHP?

As long as you are shooting the same weight of bullet. I would say Full Metal Jacket is the way to go with target shooting. Hollow Points usually cost more. Good luck, shoot safe.

I use a 180grn FMJ over 6grns of Unique and it works well.
