PMC Starfire
Is there any terminal ballistics info on the .40 180gr PMC StarFire besides Steve's pages? Has anybody read any data or have personal experience with it that hey could share?

I realize this is not balistics data nor is it the exact cartridge in question... but the 230 grain .45 acp starfires mushroom up really nice... I like them alot. I keep em in my 1911 and sig 220. I have shot plenty of them... very economical. I tend to rotate my carry ammo often.

Thanks for the info. Been looking into them, from the pictures I've seen they kinda look like the GoldDots. I like the way the expand nicely, have nice petals, and stay together but hadn't heard of any first hand info.
