Frankford Arsenal Tumbler Kit
My new quick-n-easy tumbler kit arrived today.. It was on sale at midway.. Ended up being 62 dollars shipped.. It was simple to put together.. Relatively quiet.. I could leave it running in the back bed room and close the door and barely hear it.. I only had time to run it for 2 hours, but it did an amazing job on the VERY dirty brass.. The media sepparator is crap.. All in all, I would reccomend this item..

I have the same thing and recommend it as well. I also bought their scale, bullet puller, and digital calipers and am happy with all of them.

I agree. Great tumbler for the price. I got the cheapy one for around $25 and it outlasted the more expensive RCBS one that I bought.

I've gone through several thousand 9mm, 40, .223, 308 and it's still like new. Just got the digital scale last week.

That is good to hear as I will be picking up a tumbler this summer. I have the FA digital caliper and it is great for the price.

I cancelled my Frankford Arsenal tumbler order due to all the bad negative reviews. Hopefully the new ones are better. If they are quiet that is a big improvement as I heard the old ones were very loud.
Wanted to get the Lyman 2200 but they will be backordered for awhile. Ended up getting the RCBS because the Midway guy talked me into it. The RCBS also got some bad reviews, but there are about 7 5-star reviews in 2007 and 2008, hopefully mine will be good. |
