I had thought about that option but I did not know how long it would take to make up for the difference in what the equipment cost. Plus I don't have a clue on how to re-load. How much do you guys have in a round ($)?

I feel the same as BDZ71 I just wasn't wasn't man enough to admit it. I would really be skeptical since I shoot a .40 & they come out w/so much pressure.

As long as you pay attention to what you are doing and you work up your loads, you wont blow yourself up. Always start with a reduced charge and check for signs of excessive pressure in your cases as you slowly increase your charges. Its a hobby of patience.

Thanks 33. Now I just have to save approx $400 for all of the equipment needed. Does homeowners cover house fires from re-loading

The risk of a house fire is not really increased. So insurance should cover a fire if it were to happen, god forbid. Just dont smoke while you reload, and store your powder in the container it comes in. IF you ever had a house fire, always let the fire dept. know about your powder before they go in.
Sorry, can't resist.........GO DAWGS! |
