Lee taper crimp w/200SWC

While at the range yesterday evening I met some guys shooting XD Tacticals using 200 gr. SWCs w/excellent results.
When I asked about it they figured I was asking about the sights one of them had just had installed-Dawson adjustable fiber optic. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked how they loaded the rounds so they fed & fired from an XD. I believe they said Lee taper crimp die. I almost bought one but wasn't sure if it was taper crimp or factory crimp.
Has anyone else have any experience w/this die or has everyone else moved on to lead ball ammo?

Lee dies for .45a.c.p. will put a taper crimp on your case. A factory crimp die will resize and taper crimp in one step to make sure it chambers

get yourself a lee factory crimp die !!! they are a god send to any auto loader , they sort reshape the loaded round so any imperfections will be takin out of it, i had problems about 10 yrs ago with a couple 1911's i was using in pistol comp's and a guy showed me the problem , i bought the lee factory die resized all my reloads , and it stopped all my feed problems, i even used it on factory ammo you would be surprised how much it took off the factory ammo too, they are well worth the 17.00 bucks and the few mins it takes to size your loaded ammo , get one if you dont see a big difference ill buy it back from ya!!
