Loading .40 S&W
Long story short. My father had about 1700 .40 S&W cases given to him. He would like me to load them for him since he is retired and on a small budget.
Can anyone recomend cheap source of lead round nose .40 S&W bullets for the XD? I found some in LSWC, but the XD gags on any form of SWC round. So flat point or LRN would be great.... Thanks! |

Penn Bullets, Pittsbugh, Pa. Welcome To Penn Bullets INC.
There's no such thing as "cheap source of lead bullets" anymore, unless you cast them yourself and your time is worthless.

I also like Precision, but if you want cast lead, these guys are still a bargain. New Page 1

I've ordered from this place several times and have nothing but good things to say about the bullets and the service. 1000 180gr TC $50.91

TC Truncated Cone, I've shot both 180gr .40 and 124gr 9mm TCs with no problems. They lube them with wax. Last time I ordered from them it took a little less than a week to ship them.
