Sorry I've never checked it. I'll have to look for the reload data I used to get the MV.

I found some in LSWC, but the XD gags on any form of SWC round. So flat point or LRN would be great....

I don't know about your XD but I load mostly swc for both my 40 and 45 and have no trouble.

The last batch of lead bullets I bought from a local dealer, 2000 were LSWC, once I tightened up on the crimp I've gone through 1000 with no problems.

Here's the data I used.
180gr Hard Cast Lead TC
4.1gr Red Dot 924fps
4.4gr Red Dot 969fps (MAX load. I've never loaded to this charge weight.)
Min OAL for both 1.130
