It looks to be a little old maybe. No mention of DPX rounds, and otehrs that are on teh market now and are very reliable for defense. Also no info to back up the claims being made, which makes it look like opinion.
This information is kept more up to date, and there are plenty of photographs to back up the claims. AR15.COM

I have seen this one and others since. The key is to get a date on this information, and I have found that this particular listing of information is dated. New ammo in the past two years is better than those listed on that list for handguns anyway.

The logic and recommendations for what not to use are still good, but for the same price you can get more effective ammo today for personal defense.

In the 9mm section the XD wasn't mentioned as a first, second or third class pistol. Did I miss it in the list? Obviously it is a FIRST CLASS pistol in my book.

Yea, that shows how dated the listing is. XD is a first class pistol in the listing descriptions, no doubt.
