Noob ? alert. Im assuming that a wetpack is a stack of papers or phone books soaked in water.
Wetpack is a stack of soaking wet newspaper used as a terminal ballistics test media.
Make sure there's no shiny paper flyers, only newspaper. The newspaper will soak for at least 24 hours; completely submerged.
I'll use 2 WP stacks on top of steel milk crates because water will be dripping all over, and the WP stacks are very heavy and dirty.
This is best done outdoors


Some folks like to shoot water; i'm not into that crowd [box o' truth..]
I feel using WP is a better media because you are effectively able to place clothing and barriers in front of the WP to simulate the 7-step FBI ammo testing protocol. I normally test using 4 layers of denim
