I shot there 10mm a couple years ago. Good stuff but very dirty when I shot it.

I was wondering about that ammo too. I seen some 200 grain .40 and was very curious. I asked around and no one I know has ever shot any.

I was especially curious with these

3,000 posts and you've never heard of Double Tap!? I shoot them a lot. Loaded very hot. Even when shooting side-by-side with other +P SD ammo, you can tell the difference. More kick, more flash, more speed! I've shot their 380, 9, 40, and 45, various weights. DT is the only 380 JHP I would use for SD. Otherwise FMJ all the way.

A lot of their stuff is actually cheaper than other SD loads. Their boxes are 50-rds, not the 20 or 25 most try to pawn off. They usually have some variety packs on sale where you can mix/match 3 boxes of whatever for a set price.

I will agree withe Rusty, they are very hot loads for what I tried. Shooting their 10mm loads was a handful.
They do give a good flash at night. After 100 rounds I did notice that it shot a little dirtier than most other brands.

They are more spendy for sure, but shot well and no problems with them. Pretty accurate too.

I have heard it is good ammo, but I have also heard that there have been problems with them not answering their phones, emails, etc. and fulfilling orders in a timely fashion. Maybe they've fixed it, but you might want to make sure before ordering.

I have been waiting for several years to see some documentation on real world shootings. So far there is not enough of this product out there to have earned any street credibility.

The wait still goes on, maybe this ammo will turn out to be good. Maybe it will do what I suspect and not work very well in flesh and blood.

i went with speer gold dots, i tried federal hydrashocks first, and they shot nice, but when i was looking at ballistic charts for my 40, speer gold dots take the cake, 560 ft lbs through a 4" barrel, 155grain... yes please! i couldnt find anything with more energy (not saying there isnt, but i was buying retail rather than online and these looked most powerful) and it had higher energy than the .45's so i can rub it in my buddys face who is die hard 1911 guy thinking his 45 is the only thing worthy of defense :/
